I've backed a 'bundle' (like Full Monty) but am being asked about add-ons in checkout. Do I add the expansions here, or are they included in the bundle?
The ‘add-ons’ are in addition to what’s in your bundle, so unless you want extra expansion packs, don’t add anything. Sorry it’s not clearer. The confusion only came to light when the checkout process was ‘switched on’ and backers told us it wasn’t clear. (And we can’t clarify the wording of the rewards now, which is irking.)

We welcome inquiries from retailers, but don’t have a pledge level specifically for them. The best thing to do is back the campaign at any pledge level you wish, then we can discuss when it hits the Pledge Manager.

Why is shipping for Expansion Packs charged later?
Expansion Packs will be shipped very early in 2023. To make sure we manage shipping costs effectively and get the lowest possible prices, we will be costing shipping then and notifying backers through the Pledge Manager. This only applies to the Expansion Packs, not the main game.

Shipping for Get the Game and Early Bird Bundle are different... but if Expansion Packs are charged later they should be the same. What gives?
It’s an error! And an annoying one at that. But easily remedied in the pledge manager at the end of the campaign. When expansions are shipped in 2023, all backers of the Early Bird Bundle will have money taken off the expansion shipping fees. UK orders will pay £2 less on shipping, and both EU and RoW orders will have £3 taken off. Mistakes like this are irking, but in this instance, easy to correct. But apologies nonetheless.

Does this include VAT or other local sales tax?
No. Since sales tax varies from country to country and state to state, it wouldn’t be fair on backers to include a flat rate sales tax. This is calculated by the pledge manager at the end.

Is the game written in British or American English?
The game is written in British English. However, we’ve worked hard to ensure this doesn’t interfere with gameplay. Spelling bee questions, for instance, include both British and American spelling, and we’ve avoided language that non-British players might find unfamiliar or confusing. Indeed, one of our proof-readers was American, so hopefully we’ve picked out obvious ‘Britishisms’. Some questions have a British focus, some American, some Australian, some Indian etc, but that’s what makes English interesting, wherever you’re speaking it. Being written in British English won’t stop any English speaker playing and enjoying the game.

Can I add another pledge to my original pledge?
It seems Kickstarter doesn’t allow you to pledge twice. You can add to your pledge at the end of the campaign when the Pledge Manager kicks in. (Our pledge manager will be Backerkit… they’re responsible for working out the fine details of shipping etc.) But, I believe you can only ship to one address. But I’m not 100% sure. The other, longer way round is to use a second Kickstarter account to make a second pledge. It’s a bit of a faff, but it would do the job.

Will you make a large print edition for the visually impaired?
We’d love to help here, but it wouldn’t be cost effective to make a separate large format print edition. We’re looking into whether we can offer a large format digital edition and will update here when we’ve decided on a course of action.

Why are pledges made after 10am (EST) August 2nd no longer guaranteed for Christmas?
The level of interest in this campaign has been so huge that our manufacturers will require additional stock. Orders up to this point are still guaranteed for Christmas, but pledges received after 10am August 2nd do not come with the same guarantee. We’ll do all we can, but don’t want to make promises we can’t keep.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
